10 & 20 Revere Beach Parkway
Transom Real Estate has proposed a 7-story, 248-unit residential project in Medford’s Wellington neighborhood, targeting the current site of Kappy’s Fine Wines & Spirits and Munro Service and Tire Centers on Revere Beach Parkway. The seven-story, transit-oriented development is being planned under Medford’s new zoning rules enacted through the state’s MBTA Communities law. This marks Transom’s second active project in the city, following a mixed-use development planned for Medford Square that includes 283 apartments, a grocery store, and a café.
