Northampton Street Residences
The Northampton Street Residences was completed in 2025 and comprises 47 income-restricted condominiums in Roxbury - each of which was sold by August 2025. Ideally located near the MBTA Orange Line station, the William E. Carter school, and adjacent to the Southwest Corridor Park, this project revitalizes what used to be a surface parking lot and turns it into a 5-1/2 story hub of residential life. This project was financed through MassHousing's CommonWealth Builder Program, the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, and Eastern Bank.
