Carson is passionate about creating places that people value. For him, the opportunity to cultivate physical environments that bring people together is both exciting and fulfilling. At Transom, Carson works alongside Bryan, Peter and Neal sourcing opportunities, raising capital, and permitting projects.

Prior to joining Transom, Carson spent four years with WS Development where he focused on the development and repositioning of retail centers throughout the Northeast. Before WS, Carson was an associate at Starwood Retail Partners, the retail real estate investment division of Starwood Capital Group.

Carson lives with his wife in the South End. When he isn’t enjoying the neighborhood’s restaurants, he loves spending time in the mountains hiking, camping, and skiing. 

Carson graduated from Colgate University and earned his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
