Bryan Lee

“I love that you feel different things in different neighborhoods.”

For Bryan, it comes down to creativity and details. Those are some of the elements of the Boston real estate landscape that have kept him so engaged for the past 12 years - meshing Boston’s history and character with the modern era to create unique places that will continue to resonate.

Prior to co-founding Transom, where he is now responsible for sourcing opportunities, finance, community engagement and project management, Bryan gained experience generating value-add and development acquisition opportunities at Related Beal and Beacon Communities. With his persistent nature and dedication to following through and staying true to his word, if Bryan says he’s going to do something- it’s going to happen.

When Bryan isn’t at community meetings or stopping for a coffee or beer with a project stakeholder, you can find him exploring Boston’s neighborhoods or on his mountain bike. When he can, Bryan loves to travel, finding design inspiration in many of the places he’s visited, including Sydney and New Delhi.

Bryan received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida and his Master of Science in real estate development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
